Digital Foundations: About

Online tutorial in digital humanities skills and techniques.

Here at the University of Limerick we have always embraced new systems and technologies to support our communities, both on and off campus. This is especially true in the Glucksman Library where our Technical and Digital Services department continuously work to improve and support delivery of library services, including working with the Special Collections and Archives Department to digitally preserve our cultural heritage collections.

Strong links with the Department of History have also helped us to create training resources designed to teach the techniques associated with digital preservation work. Using our joint experiences we have created this Digital Foundations online digital skills tutorial.
