Leganto is a resource list management system that enables course instructors to build reading lists, and link students directly to library collections and other sources.
The information is divided into sections specific to UL instructors and UL students.
Leganto can be accessed via brightspace, but can also be accessed directly by using this web link https://www.ul.ie/library/readinglists
The Glucksman Library provides Leganto reading lists to all academic staff and students at the University of Limerick.
Leganto is integrated with Brightspace to create reading lists and provide direct links to the library's collections - simplifying access to the course material for your students from your module site.
You can provide access to a diverse range of resources e.g. electronic articles, eBooks, and print books from the library's collections, and links to freely available resources online in accordance with copyright law.

Please ensure that all your content complies with copyright law. Copyright applies to all categories of works, irrespective of format. Do not assume that material freely available on the web is outside the bounds on copyright law. Uploading the work of other authors that is still in copyright into a VLE or intranet without their explicit permission is copyright infringement because you are indirectly providing multiple copies.
